Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring they are free from pet hair, odors, and signs of wear.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned pet apparel, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
